Despite his shy nature and a self-aware admission that his singing might not hit the right notes, Justin’s positivity and dedication are clear in every interaction. 

Strong bonds and the inclusive spirit of his colleagues are his motivation. Justin finds fulfilment in knowing he’s part of a family-like environment where everyone’s contribution matters. 

Beyond recruitment, he’s passionate about farming and lending his expertise to help others. His love for football is also a welcome escape outside of work.
