The first encounter with the team inspired her, and now she boasts a newfound confidence in her chosen career. She has a passion for resolving problems with a positive touch. Franz also brings creativity to her role, much like her love of dancing and quirky bathroom singing. 

Fun fact: Franz is obsessed with perfumes yet delightfully frugal; Friday at 4:45 pm is her fave weekly highlight, a cherished moment to unwind after a long week.
